Boston. Leading the meeting this month is Mark Moody. Mark is the Chief Operating Officer of Activate Therapeutics. For his presentation, Mark will be speaking about CMOs and CROs.
Presentation Summary: Everybody outsources work to CMOs and CROs. Choosing the right organizations – and managing their work is critical for
success. I’ll share my experience (good and bad) of working with three dozen CMOs and CROs to develop a dozen different drugs and close with a group discussion of best practices.
